My package was to arrive today..but dtdc guy called me and asked me to pick it from shop because area is not serviceable..while my area pincode is 132001 and is entirely serviceable by dtdc and other courier services as well.. it’s only dtdc which has a problem delivering to my area..the franchise owner is soiling the name of dtdc and always asking consumers to come and collect the courier from shop..it has happened to me thrice already..
