I shipped a product through DTDC on 15th July 2023. DTDC never tried to deliver this product but also marked the address incorrect and said receiver is not picking up the call. Now they stopped replying me regarding the status of the shipment. I will pickup my item by myself but DTDC is not even replying to me.
