Text of Complaint by Amiya Halder:

I was ordered some dry foods & grocery items of Rs.1645 through DMart online shopping on 13.01.2024. Payment has been done through paytm And ‘order received’ with order Id #50049 massage had been came from dmart.classicwearindia@gmail.com in my email Id. But I had not received any delivery related massage till now. SBI confirm me that the payment has been received by DMart in a Marchant account number 1921216824130383. So you are requested to kindly rectify this issue.
