I have done a recharge but my existing package has been dropped. And I have not received any resolution from ur customer care end. So, Myself and my friends 12 members who has taken the connection jointly will be cancelling the connection once we clear our wallet balance and I’ll create a campaign that no one from my company approx of 600 employee will not take a TATA sky connection in future.
