Hi I have a aitel broadband connection of Rs700/-plan. I am supposed to get up to 40 Mbps speed. In the initial few months I was able to get a speed of 35Mbps which is acceptable for me however after the launch of Airtel xtreme the speed deopped drastically to 20Mbps which was not acceptable. However, I lived with it as it was not impacting me so much but I had raised a complaint for the same and a technician was sent but the issue was not solved.
But now as you all know we are all working from home and the speed and connectivity does matter now. Here is the recent story.
I saw a drop in speed below 20Mbps and raised a complaint on 8th October 2020 in the evening and asked for a callback from a manager to tell my issue. A representative took my complaint a raised a service request, a technician was
supposed to visit me on 9th October 2020 and he did come to my building however, he told that there is some problem with the cable and that needs to be changed, as I was working from home and I was logged in, I asked him if he can do it the next day i.e., 10th october for which he said ok and if possible he would do it the same day. There was no call from the techinician after that.j called him again in the evening to know the status of the issue. He said they have got the place where the cable was damaged and they will fix it. After that there was no call from him. So I called him again to know the status for which he told that he would complete the task on 10th by EOD.
JUST TO REMIND, I HAD STILL NOT GOT A CALL FROM ANY SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER AS ARRANGED BY THE FIRST REP I SPOKE TO ON 8TH OCTOBER.
now coming to the present day. I called the technician in the morning to confirm if they will be fixing the cable today for which he said yes and they are working on it. I sighed a relief thiking that finally the issue will be fixed. There was no call from the technician again. I waited till evening and tried reaching the tech HE DID NOT RECEIVE MY CALL NOR CALLED ME BACK. I called the Airtel customer care to tell bout the same and asked to speak to a supervisor as it was important for me to get that issue rectified. However, the agent to whom I spoke said that she is transferring the call to a supervisor and I waited on the line for literally 45 mins for a supervisor to com online and no one came on call and the call got disconnected. I called back again and asked to speak to a supervisor, he again said that they are busy on call and asked to wait on the line while he transfered the call, I waited again for almost 30 mins and no one came on call and the call got disconnected.
IS THIS HOW AIRTEL TREATS THEIR CUSTOMER. IS THIS THE CUSTOMER SEVICE YOU PROVIDE.
you can check my payment records, I have never been late in making my bill payments and also check since how long I have been your customer AND THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE I GET.
IS THERE ONLY ONE SUPERVISOR IN WHOLE KF AIRTEL…,??? OR IS THE SUPERVISOR NOT COMPETENT ENOUGH TO HANDLE A CUSTOMER. THEN WHY DO YOU HAVE SUCH SUPERVISORS
 If someone from the higher is reading, I am not asking something for free. I am asking the service for what I am paying. That is all I need. I do not need anything extra.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LOOK INTO IT AT THE EARLIEST ANS GET THE ISSUE RECTIFIED BY TOMORROW
