I bought product from www.flipmartshop.co.in on 13/04/18, order no. OD556325966 and paid 3070 via paytm, transaction id 18492617717 got call from +911141254892 and +911141254898 from Delhi, I call back to them so they saying your order is cancel, so I said please refund my Rs 3070 they are not replying and did not pickup the call

these company also cheated me i paid 8299 thousands and they said that refund will come in 40 days and in call after 40 days they had change there company from flipmartshop.co.in to http://payonlineshopping.com/# , pleas help me
