Dear sir, mam I am an unemployed person in this situation where covoid 19 is spreading in large amount and in search of jobs which I could not find it.

So some call comes in regarding data entry work from home so at first I said OK then after doing the work I found out its not my cup of tea to fill the forms which was out of my understanding and very hard to fill in 1200 forms in 8days which sounded impossible after I started work and realised maybe it’s a scam.

So I told the lady who called me for this job. Then I said no for this job she said u can’t quit in between. And then I told her I don’t wanna do this job instead I will search for it and don’t call me again for this still they bothered me on n on and told me if you do not pay the money to the company we will file a case on you n your family.

And send me an advocate notice about the case saying now I will file a case against you. You are liable to pay 6700/- with interest and 3500/- for legal charges. Gave me 7days total to replay.

What should I do in this I am coming from a poor middle class family and can’t pay that much as I am still unemployed and have no money.

And he is always telling me to pay that much amount or will file a case in Gujarat, this company is. What should I do I am confused and shaken completely. Please help me out don’t know what to do.
