Hi i booked a cab from indrive basant (+91 816-8154223) HR65A5414 was appointed to drop me to my location. First of all he denied to pick me up from my location and abused me and said he won’t come to pick me up and asked me to cancel the ride and said if u won’t cancel the ride “jaha khada hai wahi aake dekhlunga”. Is this the way how a driver talks to a customer why do these companies appoint such criminal drivers who threaten customers if they don’t want to do their job they may quit their job what is the purpose of calling a customer and denying the duty when he isn’t interested to perform his duties properly.
