I have been using Drinkprime water purifier for 2-3 years and as i was having customer service issues. I have asked them to disconnect and uninstall the device in March 2023. However as i was out of station i told them to collect when am back to Bangalore. Upon my return in June they picked the device and now you are not willing to give my security deposit of 1500 back stating that I didnt recharge .. This company is big Fraud and cheat, no response to emails, calls , chats. Nowhere they have (Sandesh recovery team) mentioned that the security deposit will not be returned. Hence am filing a case against this company.
