Text of Complaint by Kohila:

On 22 June 2022 I have ordered dress for Rs. 2700 from _youniquestree_ in instagram, she replied with order confirmation and dispatch within 20-27 days .I keep on enquiring her about the dress. But on august12 I got reply that dress is ALREADy dispatched ,still I didn’t receive. I asked her tracking number , no reply from her side.

  1. Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
