We booked a tour package through the travel agency Dreamy Destinations to Sikkim. The travel agent who contacted us Hemanth Ale told us he’s reaching out from MakeMyTrip and sent us a package. The entire trip package was a fraud with things promised not being delivered basic amenities like room heater, food provisions, electricity not being delivered. We have recordings of the travel agent promising to keep the car first for whole day, then after arguing and fighting for hours he agreed to keep it till 6 and on the final day, dropping us back to our hotel at 1:30pm itself. We asked atleast 5 times on record to check if the room heater was functioning, he agreed each time and when we reached the hotels we were informed that there is no such facility available in that area. In the itenary several things were mentioned and on the day we would ask to go for these he would start making excuses, getting into fights arguing and asking for more money for each location.
