Dear Sir/ Madam,
this is to inform you that i have credit card with CRED, suddenly i received a SMS from OneCrd on dated 26 Jul 23 as of Rs. 4304 was debited from my credit card Federal Bank linked with OneCrd and i unfortunately saw this SMS on 15 Aug 23, and i have received a sms pay payment the same debit amount, where as this transaction not done by me and i have not received any sms for sharing the OTP, and the same not done from my side, without my permission this transaction done from my card.
