I was playing in Dream11 and I found out that there were many teams created which did meet the criteria for example one shouldminimu have 7 players from 1 team and 4 from the other team but in the screenshot ot can be clearly seen that there were bot teams which had 3 players from one team and sometime just 2 players.

Dream11 has been changed their team making policy few months before & its clearly visible to all. You can take 10 player from a single team & 1 player from another team.
