Hi, this is to let you know that I am a regular buyer of GNC product coz of it’s quality. But lately from last 2months GNC is giving me lot of pain.
I ordered my product last month and they cancelled it thrice without any update to me and at last delivered after long time, which impacted my workout. This month as well I looked at the stock and ordered a week prior to finish of the current stock. The order is pre paid with order number 1011285561, and was placed on 23rd, so I was expecting my product today as per delivery TAT. However, GNC being GNC.. When I called them today they updated me that my location is not serviceable… When for last 6 months I am getting product at same location how come this month the location is not serviceable. And if that’s the case you need to change delivery partner if they cannot deliver to metro location.. Feel so sorry for them..
Having said the above, my stock will be over by today and I will have nothing to take from tomorrow.. Which will again impact my workout, and this is very sad and ridiculous of GNC.. Also, I had that limited money from which I ordered, I can not go out and buy now coz you won’t give instant refund… That’s a separate story, I don’t need refund.. I need my product today at any cost.. You do whatever you wish to.. You being in fitness and health industry couldn’t stick to timelines, don’t know how are you even surviving…
Ridiculous, I need my product today.. Or I will rake it big…
