I am currently residing at Mumbai, Sakinaka, Kherani road, Laxmi niwas chawl, Room no 19, chawl no 2, near Anjali medical, which is having electricity connection bearing consumer no. 900000632068 area code:400072. I was shocked to receive the current electricity bill no. 98002860197 for an amount of Rs 2,266.
I would specifically like to know if there is any kind of issue with my electricity meter, as I have been using the same amount of electricity as other months, and yet my bill is extremely higher. The bills for the last 3 months are as follows:
March – bill no.93126930801 amount Rs.761
April- Reference no.0017184419 amount Rs.650
May- Reference no.0017627397 amount Rs.677
I know that I have not been using more electricity than before and I have not been using any power-consuming large electrical appliances like(AC, Washing machine, geyser ). Therefore, I believe there is a problem with my electricity meter or your system.
I, therefore kindly request you to correct the current bill and issue
a fresh bill for the current month.
I hope my complaint will be resolved as soon as possible.
