Dear sir, I am your regular online customer, bought many dresses for my daughter, this time I have some size issue, I ask on your what’s app number, your customer service representative is a rude person, didn’t know how to write and deal a customer… I am very disappointed with this behavior and will never buy anything from you in future, nor I will recommend you to my colleagues and friends. Also I don’t want to exchange that shirt, I will donate it. Please maintain your image and train your staff. Thanks
