Text of Complaint by Mayur Todkar:

My purifier is not working from last 2 months, we have already lodged complaint through call and app also, but we didn’t got any call or any visit from the tech. Everyday we have called and every time we got same answer like Technician will visit today. and now we have found that our complaint is closed without technician visit or call. What kind of process is this?

We are facing issues like illness in family members, and we have spent almost 10,000 rs for doctor treatment only due to this.
