I got my flight date changed from 9th September to 23rd September by MakeMyTrip agent. And he downgraded my baggage allowance by 10kg without informing me and made me pay the difference amount as well. After the ticket got confirmed he informed me about the baggage issue.
After calling them 100 times they provided me a solution that I should go and buy extra baggage from the airlines and then claim that amount from Make my trip I did the same but now they not giving me my money back. And they keep on sending emails and messages that they are working on my case on priority, its been more than a month now my issue is not resolved yet.
