Text of Complaint by Anil kumar Jhunjhunwala:

Our monthly consumption of electricity varies from 240 to 280 units, which is the average consumption of a typical middle class family. But this time around on 20th April our new bill comes in with a whopping 543 consumed units billed for 35 days. We were in shock because there were no extra appliances at home as compared to previous months. It was just an another month in our routine life. We couldn’t comprehend how our monthly consumption just got doubled.

Please investigate on this matter and reveal whether it is a fault from our end or from SBPDCL.
