While closing the jio postpaid account number 7358016165 (Now BSNL prepaid), I have been forcing double the amount even though outstanding amount cleared by me. When ever requesting the refund the said deposit amount, saying that no Bank details available eventhough several times sending them. I request you to get refund the said amount with interested for delay in repayment along with compensation Rs.5,00,000/- for mental agony. (Jio bill opening password: gane6165
