Text of Complaint by Vimla Sharma:

I had taken a new broadband connection on 03.10.2020, which was installed on 03.10.2020 vide CAF No. 01292237757 and Landline No. 01204156838.

However, while we have made full payment for this connection, another person from airtel broadband team approached at our home and asked for ID Details as well as payment for new connection.

As family member present at home at that time was not aware that payment had already been made, made another payment of Rs. 1760/-.

We approached the person who visited our home for payment and informed about payment already made. He admitted that installation request with full payment has already intiated and he has intivated another installation request.

He informed us, that since two installation request has been generated, we should cancel one installation request.

Request No. 01292239412 was cancelled.

We were informed that payment made w.r.t. Request No. 01292239412 shall be refunded within 4-5 working day. However, now more than one week is passed, but amount is still not credited to our account.

 

Please look into the matter and arrange for refund of excess amount paid at the earliest.
