Text of Complaint by B SANTHOSHI:

Sir myself santhoshi we made recharge to our number with 155 from one my family member that was activated accordingly ..while at the same moment after 5 minutes of first recharge we made a recharge accordingly 209 by mistakenly.. finally we found that double recharge while we receivng normal message to mobile..same time we contact the customer executive of Airtel. They give reply like that they didn’t have any option to refund or exchange or entension..we didn’t expect like this type of reply.while we facing the same issue with jio they are said to me like we didn’t make any refund but we extend the recharge date according to second recharge. Here the same arise with Airtel but these people said there is no option to convert ,Airtel completely loot the money from customers,this is one big fraud and economical crime companies..please take necessary action against this type fraud companies sir.
