Please refer to my prepaid mobile no. 9779665433.My mobile was due for recharge on 9thMay2020.Accordingly I transferred the subject amount Rs. 598/- through Sbi netbanking vide transaction no. IB64371060 on 8th May2020. Inspite of the transfer, my mobile did not get recharged till 10thMay 2020,as a result of which, I had to again recharge my mobile for Rs. 598/-through Airtel thanks app. from mobile No. 9780874601.
Please check and confirm, if total sum of Rs. 1196/- has been received by your office.Kindly either refund the excess amount,
or increase the period of validity by another three months.
