Sir,
Today(Jun 3, 2021) I done one recharge for my prepaid number for data add on. I received one message from Airtel that the transaction is failed and if amount has been deducted, it will be refunded back. After that, I again recharged with another payment method and that recharge was done successfully. After checking the data balance, double credit has been added. While enquiring the customer care, the transaction ID 6806234995678150656, the one I received the message as failure from Airtel was success and there is no option for any refund.
I done the second recharge only after I received the failure message. Otherwise I will not have done that second recharge.
The failure message screenshot is attached along with this complaint.
Kindly do the needful.
