The matter is that I recharged my number 9953709806 using airtel app and the amount was paid twice, one thru the UPI for the amount of Rs 558 and another thru the netbanking Rs 598.
The transaction IDs are as follows:

The recharge is done for 84 days only
Can you please arrange to refund the excess amount immediately.
This has been informed to airtel on email with numerous reminders. But no one turned up and responded
