I’m Mandar Tanaji Bhanse (Reg no;- 9833104031) was having personal loan with account number LXW-M04218-190026407.
I want to inform you that today was my loan settlement with the amount of Rs. 39580 and by-mistakenly the amount was deducted twice.
One payment is done from GPAY to your executive then he does the payment for me and another from IMPS(In statement proof transaction number 5)
I want to ask why this people takes 7 days for reply to single email and why they want 2 months for refund
