I have taken loan of rs 16000 from phocket. And my due date was 1 April 2023. And 1st emi payment also auto debited from my salary account. But on 2nd of April I have seen in the application where 1st EMI showing in overdue. Then I will paid total 1st EMI amount including overdue fee of rs 6341.
Then I have mail maxm 10 times to phocket but still I have not getting payment reversed from them.
I have attached the total screenshot of payment details. Kindly check ND resolve this as on priority base.
