Text of Complaint by Nalini (SrujanNalini):

I received products from flikcart (Ekart)for Rs.1098 on 18/07/23 The person asked me to scan the Qr code from the bill and again asked me to scan the Qr code from his mobile .So i did the payment twice.The person apolized for the inconvenient.He said me the amount will be refunded in 2-3days .Till now i didnot receive my payment of Rs 1098 back.Kindly do the needful as soon as possible
