I have paid 6206.13 rs extra in paytm postpaid apart from all the dues. Now paytm postpaid has blocked my account and there is no way of getting that money back. They dont have IVR facility for postpaid and you cannot chat to customer care. I am financially very weak and this amount means a lot to me. If someone can help me out that I will be very grateful. Paytm is holding this amount from last 1 month. Excess payment can be seen in the pdf.
