Been using rapido service for some time now..never had much of an issue
apart from captains accepting orders n then disappearing at crucial times.
Dumping clients at their whims.
And of course charge the customers for cancellation. And sometimes
reversing charges too.
Two issues –
1. Why lazypay was involved in my payment?
2. Double payment
a. 13/12/2020 capt Subir Sardar
Paid cash at destination.
Yet he has charged me at lazy pay
Rs 112
b. 14/12/2020. Capt L Raymond
Paid cash at destination as usual. Even paid him extra 20 for driving well
in an emmergency trip.
Same here – he had charged me again at lp aRs 183
c. Cancellation fee charged because the capt. refused a ride…strange.
Your customer service is awefully lethergic n unable to do anything about
it.
My request is – penalize the errant captains and settle issues w lazypay.
