My mobile No. is 9433106982. I am of 80 years old and there is none in the residence except my wife of 76 years. Due to lock down I could not go outside of my residence, so I tried to make payment through Airtel Thanks App. I paid Rs.598.00 twice on 12.05.2020- 1st. by Txn ID 2005121862679 and 2nd. by Txn ID 2005121883214 by mistake due to my old age.
Adjustment of the other payment is required at the earliest. I am ready to furnish any other information, if required.
