Dear Team,
I had recharged my jio giga fiber account on 27th March 202 via my jio app using Icici Bank upi as channel but the amount got deducted twice from my Bank account. When I have checked with bank they have provided the successfully transaction I’d and asked to check with jio customer care.
It has been 21 days since I have been checking with jio customer care team daily on call 18008969999 and on email jiofibercare@jio.com by providing the bank transaction id, jio transaction id, date and time of transaction and amount but they are not able to assist and refund the amount saying they don’t have access as they are working from home. They rasing sr just for name sake and then close next day without any proper comments.
It has been a horror experience calling daily and explaining again and again and again.
This is blatant cheating of customer. Please take necessary action against jio giga fiber and help to refund my amount with interest.
