I have made a transaction using card in Mobikwik app.
But amount got deducted from both card and zip(which I didn’t do).
I have raised tickets and followed up on calls with customer care regarding this double deduction. They said I will get refund, but haven’t received any refund. And Mobikwik is continuously calling for amount due and my cibil score is affecting because of this.
