There was dual transaction on 19th Jan 2021 to which one appeared to be a faed transaction amounting to INR 589.54.The other amounting to INR 590 was successful. However there is debit of both the amounts from my account. Am disputing against the debit of INR.589.54. Request you to please take necessary action and advise Airtel to credit the disputed amount.
