Booked a ride from airport to nimhans hospital. The fare was deducted from my ola post paid account.
However, driver did not get the payment and asking for payment. I was in front of NIMHANS emergency and was in hurry for my father’s surgery. Paid to him by using UPI id. Screenshot attached.
I paid twice using postpaid option and to the driver as well. Now,despite off several mail, complaint, tweet, asking for money everyday many times.
