Text of Complaint by Yogita:

I booked flight DXB-MUM-DXB on 18th March. My credit card was charged. But did not receive flight confirmation. Then I received call from Sunil of SpiceJet within 4 minutes. He said payment by credit card has not come through and I need to make payment again. I told him that my bank has charged me for it already. He said he will ask his back end. He called again after one hour and said no, payment is not charged and in case it has it will be refunded within 24 hours. I told him my credit card will process payment according to INR and in case of double charge I will lose money. He denied that and said due to a glitch it will be refunded fully in AED. I did that according to his instructions of “retrieve booking”. Now my credit card has been charged twice. Please see screenshot below.
I need refund of AED 3363.30+37.67+1.88 = total AED AED 3402.85 of wrong double charge.
Please help to process this refund immediately.
Highly disappointed with
1. Spicejet staff wrongfully advising the customers and misleading them
2. Spicejet glitches in your system.
3. Spicejet claiming refund will be done within 24 hours but no action.
Clear case of looting their customers.
