On 15-jun/2019, have paid 250/- as set top box swap charges to engineer visited the place.
Set-top box replaced in month of mar-2019 due to old software and rs. ~600/- been charged and 3 months warranty provided.
Issues:
1. Within warranty period, Set-top box was replaced due to technical issue and still Videocon demand charges. After discussing with call center, Rs. 250/- paid to engineer. Still duplicated charges of Rs. 250/- applied on the account.
2. I have raised multiple tickets and following up repeated multiple times daily, they not responding to calls when junior transferring to senior
since yesterday, for one complain no. 730810985 , I was assured close by 30-Jun, still inspire repeated calling, they every time redpoll Nd will be closed and all deadlines provided are lapsed.
now, seeing no check against such serious actions, company call-center employees are behaving 100% careless.
I would like to raise complain against following categories:
1. Ill treatement
2. No response by seniors
3. Don’t care attitude
