I am using Airtel board band connection at my place for more than 4 years. I was facing connectivity Issues lately, hence spoke to the Airtel technician in our area. The Technician suggested that I move to Airtel Xtream Fiber connection as the current equipment (modem) I am having is very old.
Per their suggestion, I have made the 3 months advance payment and got the new connection installed. The technician has taken the old modem along with them on the same day after installing the new one. I was asked to leave an e-mail to 121@in.airtel.com asking to cancel the old connection. As per the guidance I have left the e-mail, however the connection was never terminated in their records and I have got the next month bill as well. I did multiple follow-ups including the 121@airtel.com e-mail id. Finally they have now closed the old connection, however their billing team calling me everyday for the payment.
