my airtel number is 9880244728 -family plan of 799.. child number are 9972288222,9980644668..
the other child number-9980644668 where that child number contineously receiving IVR and bills been paid from his number too..so far no action taken from any end. Have spoken to atleast 14 managers, 30 floor incharges, -ticket been raised 89258899.. no idiot fixed the issue either they havent responded to my email id.. even all went in vain spent some 20+hours in speking to every half wit to resolve so far nothing been done even today they receive the sms stating bill not paid.. what ever bill paid from child number they been told that will be adjusted to parent number.. if they are part of main number ie., 9880244728 how come they are getting the msg’s and the IVR’s for not paying .. this is very pathetic and no clue what sort of foul language i speak to them still no resolution all they say they have escalated i think escalated should be new acryoum..marked the same to vittal and ceo.. let them know the sufferings of having airtel..
