I have received a spam message as below. I have never downloaded this app and taken the loan. I have received the same through WhatsApp. “Good morning. The collections team received your order, your loan is outstanding, please complete your payment by 6pm to avoid affecting your credit score. Thank you for your attention.

I tried to call to the number from where I received this message but they are not responding properly.
