I requested to ship a package through Delhivery

It was meant to be picked up on February 25, 2023, but it wasn’t, and
It is rescheduled for February 27. Still no one has arrived from Delhivery, and there has been no contact from the pick-up; the current status is pickup not attempted.
Moreover, there is no customer service phone number, and the only way to file a complaint is through the company website.
I am still awaiting the courier to be picked up.
