Jio… Has very bad service on internet. All the i have full network bar on my phone but the internet speed is 20kbps to 30kbps. I had registered lots of complain about this problem but all the time they said me the same line as ” very last number customer use internet at the same time so u have to face the problem this is a temporary issue our technical team is on the way to solve your issue”,,, but after 2year now the same line they repeat. I have all my important registered data on this phone no so i can’t change, but only for the network i have forcefully use this. Because in my area only jio network is available.
Kindly request you to please take serious action against jio. Because we have to pay 200₹per month after that this type of service is inappropriate.
