Product not delivered to me, I waiting for product more than 16 days also cut 100 rupees from product amount, I have called 5 time Amazon customer care, delivery date was 21 Oct 2021, I called Amazon customer care evening that day they says product will be delivere to you by 24 Oct, I waited but product not delivered, next day 25 oct I again call amazon customer care they said wait for 24 hrs product will delivered to you, again I waited but product not delivered, next day 26 I again call amazon customer care they said wait for 48 hrs we will reseduele delivery, then they forwarded call to leadership department, they said me wait till evening you will get product and we will take action against courier service, but product not delivered to me
My time and money wasted, 16 days wasted, not getting product, also they cut 100 rupees from product amount extremely disappointed from Amazon
Worst service from Amazon
