I have applied for prepaid to postpaid on 1st of feb at the airtel store got the sim paid 400rs. I got the initial procedure texts on Tuesday. 2 days already late After then i got the call that verification can’t be done on Wednesday. Whoever is operating the airtel office doesn’t even know which area comes in the coverage. And i am using the same service and number since 2009, still company needs the verification then.i would like to ask what was the company doing for last 10 years without verification. Now when i am asking for refund so airtel people are abusing me and not ready to meet at the store. Shopkeeper is telling me it’s your job and all but he’s not ready to call any executive. Airtel is one providing me service not me…and I’m paying for it not taking it for free. Very unbearable behaviour.
Never expected such service from airtel this event which happened with me made me take the decision to port my number as well as everyone i know who’s using airtel.
I demand an action on retailer.
