I didn’t take loan and always getting messages to repay the loan

Cashcom sending messages from different numbers on Watsup to pay the loan which I have not taken. I also downloaded the app to check any loan is taken. The app shows 50k available and asking me to confirm the loan. I didn’t click any link and not taken any loan. I also tried calling them to check what is going on. They are not responding.
