I am using Airtel 4g sim card. From 20th June 2021. I can’t get 4g network, suddenly stopped my 4g network and they provide me 2g network. Before that I was using 4g network on same sim card. I insert other Airtel sim card on same phone it’s run on 4g network. And same sim card insert on other phone it’s also run on 2g network. That’s means there is no problem in my phone it’s problem with their service. I talked to Airtel Customer care they told me to wait till 30th June 2021. My Airtel sim has 2gb data daily pack. The pack validity is till September 2021. I can’t use my daily 2gb data for bad service. what should I do . How can I get 2gb data daily back from 20th June 2021.
