I purchased an airtel dongle on 20th July 2020 for Rs 3000 from Airtel executive Mr Luvkush who promised activation within 2 hours. Now it is almost 1 day and I am waiting for verification call from airtel and above executive is not even picking up the calls. He had also promised Rs 1000 cash back in the form of adjusted bills.
