Text of Complaint by Malkeet Singh:

I have done recharge of 249 on 15th July 2021 on my number. Money was transferred to Airtel send the screenshot and all to the customer care mail and nodal officer but from the first day they are repeating the same thing on priority basis it will be done within 24-48 hours which has been passed long back but today also same reply. I was not able to use services due to there system fault.
