Text of Complaint by K.ch.a.s.Nagesh:

I have done Airtel recharge for my prepaid SIM Card 9960119041 through net banking yesterday at 12.25 a.m. The amount deducted but recharge balance not reflected nor the amount RS.49/- not refunded. After waiting for 10 hours I have recharged again. I want my amount to be refunded immediately.
