Hi Dominos, I placed my order on the Dominos app on 9th July. But it was not delivered and I still didn’t get my refund(Total refund value: 849) that day site crashed and the order was stuck at the order confirmed status. After that, we raised a complaint against this issue. On the next morning, we saw that the Dominos app is showing that the order was delivered on 10th July at 02:26 am, but it was never delivered. Each time I raised an issue, they told me that refund is initiated by our side, but it’s been more than 11-12 days. I didn’t get my refund . I talked to the branch manager and he is saying it’s a technical issue, but he will deliver us pizza whenever we want to eat pizza in the future , but not helping us in refund our money. Kindly help and look into the issue.
